Bookings coming in after 11:00 on Thursday will be processed starting on Sunday.
The Courier will contact you by telephone to coordinate your arrival, so it is advisable to be available after booking.
Choose a convenient address to receive the shipment (e.g., your workplace address).
If at the time of delivery the customer did not reply to The Courier's attempts to contact him, the package will be returned to the company's warehouses and a new shipment will be coordinated with the customer by customer service.

Exchange / return product:
Product replacement within 14 days of receipt.
Replacement of product purchased during operation within 5 days of receipt of the product.
There is no replacement/recall on a custom-made product.
A product return and refund will be given up to 2 business days, from the day the customer received the product offsetting 5% of the purchase value.
Shipping expenses will apply to the customer: a door-to-door courier at a cost of 40 NIS (one party).
The acquittal will be valid for two years.
There is no warranty on a map that has been put in a tumble dryer or washed above 40 degrees.
A defective map or a map that is not of the registered size will be replaced or refunded according to the customer's wishes.
