How do you place an order on the site?

Go to the site and click on the headline "My Account" on the top left. Sign up to create a user profile (you can also place an order without registration). Browse the website, go to items you like, choose color and size and add to your shopping basket. Then proceed to the checkout, where you can choose your favorite shipping and payment method. Order and delivery details will be sent to you by email.

Is it necessary to open an account on the site to book?

If you do not wish to open an account, you can purchase items on the site as guests. Go to the login page, select “guest” and make your purchase. The details entered on the checkout page are used for the delivery of the invoice and package. Once you complete your purchase as a guest, you can register at any time and create an account based on the details entered in the booking.

How do I check the status of the order?

Reservation status is available in your account on the website. After logging into the account via email and password, click on “my account "and select" reservations."

For your convenience a number of statuses indicating the status of your order:

"Completed": the order and packaging process is complete and the package is on its way to the mail or delivery company, depending on the delivery method you choose.

"Received in the system": the order was received successfully and is waiting to be packed.

"On hold": order received and processed through the system.

I ordered an item and would like to return or replace it.

Product replacement within 14 days of receipt.
Replacement of product purchased during operation within 5 days of receipt of the product.

There is no replacement/recall on a custom-made product.

A product return and refund will be given up to 2 business days, from the day the customer received the product offsetting 5% of the purchase value.

Shipping expenses will apply to the customer: a door-to-door courier at a cost of 40 NIS (one party).

The acquittal will be valid for two years.

There is no warranty on a map that has been put in a tumble dryer or washed above 40 degrees.
A defective map or a map that is not of the registered size will be replaced or refunded according to the customer's wishes.
